Articles, Debates and Some Fails

I had not checked my e-mail in a while……..somehow it feels like I have too much stuff going on at all times and the multitude of letters scared me. Jeff gets super points for slaying that dragon for me. Go Jeff!
I discovered that I had missed some e-mails from Paul, which I mean to reply to. Hm…..I have so much on my mind right now and a headache, so I don’t think I can even blog right now. I want to philosophize with Paul, when my headache is gone and my essays are written. I have started feeling very disconnected with the outside world, although I study and interact with people daily….
Although I feel fairly aware in regards to the ongoings in the US, I feel isolated from the rest of the planet and completely unaware of the things going on in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. It is a problem and I need to address it sometime. I think the problem is that news reports are not what they once were or what they should be. It has become all about flashy titles and the articles usually have little substance, which makes it hard to read them..
I have a headache and I am feeling shitty right now……..I think I need sleep. I had terrible series of dreams last night and they were all so vivid. In short, my mom disappeared, my dad was away, my sister got sent into a coma, and I was chased by a crazed psychopath who murdered two supposed bodyguards to get to me……….in a metro station. I woke up after he killed a third bystander who I asked for help and was lunging for me. Also, in my dream, when I called 911 multiple times, all I got was “Please hold until someone is able to answer your call. During this time you may experience silence or quaking. Thank you for your patience.” – it was so ironic, in a way…..
It was a terrible dream.
On a bright note, the song “El Rey Tiburon” by Mana is GREAT. “…Todos me llaman el pez tiburon, el rey de los mares solados…”
